These terms apply to all freelance programming and consulting services provided by James Todd ("Consultant") to the client.
Services are typically billed on an hourly basis unless a fixed-price agreement is explicitly made. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt.
Upon full payment, all code, designs, and documentation created specifically for the Client shall become the property of the Client.
The Consultant provides services "as is" and shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the software provided.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, provided all completed work is paid for.
